Your shopping cart will show the items that you have chosen, the price of each item, and the quantity. Click on "Checkout" to conclude your shopping expedition; you can still change any of your choices at this point.


Proceed to Checkout
This is where you can also tell us where to send your purchase and which payment method you want to use. You can change the quantity or type of products that you have on order, or cancel your order entirely. When you are sure that everything is correct and complete, click on the "Continue" button, and you will see an BILLING INFORMATION PAGE. After you enter your billing info, hit "PLACE ORDER' button. Your order transaction was sent SECURE."

School Orders

We gladly accept school purchase orders. Please use our fax/email form or fax a copy of shopping cart page with purchase order attached.

Returns

All items carry a 30 day return no questions asked. Items must be returned in new condition in original packing materials.

Shipping

UPS ground to continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping available, please call or e mail for rates Express delivery available. All shipments are insured. Credit card orders are shipped next day (in stock items). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of estimated delivery time. Checks and money orders, please allow one week to clear before shipping.

Support

Orders are received instantly. Orders received before noontime (EST) Monday through Thursday are shipped same day, those received after noontime are shipped next day. Friday and Saturday orders are shipped Monday. Once your product is shipped, our customer service dept. will e mail you the date of shipment and UPS tracking number. We will request a return e mail once the package has arrived to guarantee everything meets your approval. Any problems are immediately addressed and resolved to your satisfaction. We are available for in store support Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m.(EST) Customer service is available at 401 943 2520, or if you prefer, e mail us your questions and we will call back. Phone support is person to person and not voice mail. All e mail requests are answered within a 24 hour period and most within 1-2 hours. Customer support remains available to you at any time in the future once you have placed your first order.
